Time Off (Leave) is a sub-menu that is used to manage all applicable leave policies within the company. Through this sub-menu, you can simulate the calculation of employee leave/permit balances by using the Time off Simulation feature. In this section, you will learn how to do a Time off Simulation.
Here are the steps.
- Enter the Time Management menu then select Time Off.
- Click “Time Off Simulation” Button.
- Select the leave policy that you want to simulate on the Policy.
- Choose whether you want the simulation to be based on a specific employee name (Employee) or Join Date.
- If you choose Employee, then the leave policy simulation is based on the employee's joint date.
- If you choose Join Date, then the leave policy simulation is based on the specified join date. - If choosing based on Employee, then select the employee you want to simulate.
- If you choose based on the Join Date, then select the join date that you want to simulate.
- Select Current Date to simulate time off, then click "Simulate".
- Then the results of the Time Off Simulation will look like the following.
