With Talenta Insights+, you can get exclusive access to Insights to help you make more strategic decisions and sharpen your analysis. Our team of experts will work with you to identify the right data based on your needs, then turn that data into actionable insights.
With this feature, you get access to:
- Customize HR Analytics Dashboard with various chart types.
- Monitor, analyze, and calculate various things in Talenta.
- Optimizing employee empowerment strategies with a focus on KPIs.
Important
- This Insights+ feature can only be accessed by employees who have access to the Superadmin/admin role, both default and custom, with active company status.
- There is an additional fee for the proposed custom dashboard. For more information, you can access it here or contact Mekari Support Team at support-hr@mekari.com.
Because it is an additional feature, to get this feature, you need to submit a custom dashboard request to our support team. Here are the steps:
- Open Talenta Insights, and select the “Custom Dashboard” menu.
- Click "Konsultasi gratis".
- Complete the form that appears on your screen. Then, click "Submit".
Currently, you can select the Employee Performance, Overtime, Headcount, and Attendance Dashboards.
- Then, the Mekari Talenta team will contact you soon. You can communicate your needs with us for a more informative and complete Talenta Dashboard.
